  • Plan and conduct complex project studies; establish design specifications, analyze data and recommend new systems; coordinate implementations.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities.
  • Develop and recommend departmental policies, procedures, technical standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and adjust work processes accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer-service.
